《Shinji Hidaka》
Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1972. After working at a game company for 15 years, he entered a ceramics training school in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture.
After graduation, he worked as a potter at a ceramics factory in Gifu Prefecture, and then established his own studio in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture.
In April 2016, he moved to Hinase Town, Bizen City. He creates everyday pottery using white porcelain, sometsuke (blue and white ware), green glaze, ash glaze, and carbonized firing.
